The task here is to get the angry person you are dealing with to realise they have a problem and what they actually need to do about it - before its too late...
4. Do nothing and continue the suffering
Choices 1, 2 and 4 in most situations are certainly not the most creative and healthy option.
On our ‘Enough is Enough’ one day workshop you will learn to:
- Create a Support Network that you can turn to in times of deep distress
- Explore the common mental traps that keep you stuck in this victim role and cycle
- Set healthy boundaries for yourself and the children
- Communicate your feelings and thoughts without shaming and blaming others
- See your part in triggering your partner's or anyone else’s anger (anger is a two way street)
- To not answer anger with anger
- Effective stress reduction techniques to minimise fall out.
