Specifically, the courses which Linda delivered were well-structured, organised and efficiently carried out – on time and on agenda. The explanation of concepts and degrees of detail into which the course went were high and Linda’s knowledge base on the subject is comprehensive. Learning is facilitated by support groups.
In terms of value for money, the intensive courses are often life-changing experiences and so they are difficult to value, but Linda works hard to keep the spend as low as possible for the attendees, as well as delivering good results so I was very satisfied and keen to refresh my skills again.
No doubt her honesty, integrity and organisational planning skills will go a very long way to making the BAAM franchise a future success."
