Welcome to Beating Anger Guildford.  For the first time Anger Management is available to the general public in your local area.  It gives me great pleasure to offer, what I know to be, is an excellent , nationally recognised programme of tried and tested tools and techniques for managing yours and other people's anger.  Statistics show that anger is a costly and destructive force if not managed appropriately.  The outcomes for unchecked anger include, broken homes, loss of employment and a complete breakdown in communication.  The following statistics begin to show the prevalence of anger.
